Drugs and Epilepsy..?

Ok i know this sounds immediately stupid, but i have epilepsy and use drugs recreationally, and fairly often. To what extent do they make it worse? It let up for a few years but has become bit of an issue again over the past year of two and i'm wondering to what extent the two things are linked. I have started having black outs again, and the 'de ja vu' feeling regularly, as well as general confusion for long periods, and 'spacey' feelings... Fairly concerned and would like other epilepsy sufferers opinions, especially if you have used drugs now or in the past. I dont know whether to go back on epilepsy medication, which i havn't taken since i was about 12 (im 19 now). I take E, coke, mdma, shrooms, ket, smoke weed.... i dont have a drug problem and its not daily, no preaching please!!
