Hey all, I boiled some chicken for a cerole the other day and it was pretty good (it had rice, cream of chicken soup, and a sauce with sour cream and some spices). So I was going to boil some chicken again (to eat by itself, not in a cerole, because I don't want it to be so fattening this time around haha). Anyway, what are your suggestions of flavorings to put in the water to give the chicken a little flavor, or what's a not-too-fattening sauce I could serve on the chicken after it's cooked to give it a little zest? Thanks for any suggestions!
