What do you think about someone converting to a religion just so you can be with someone?

To me, it can go both ways. While it is admirable that someone would be willing to do that to be with the one they love, at the same time, I think it says something about their own belief system, and how seriously they take something like that. Are they doing it for the wrong reason? Do they REALLY accept that religion, and wholeheartedly believe the principles, or are they acting like they do? I want to keep this positive, so don't bash other answerers. It is just something that I have been wondering about myself.
