Can anyone tell me how hot a Dansak is?

I've been wanting to try one for a while but I don't really like hot curries, so don't want to order it and find I don't like it. Is it really hot like a vindaloo, or is it more of a madras? I don't like either of those so if it anything like those 2 then I won't bother with it lol.
