Who's the better metal guitarist? Why?

I'm going with Bill Leverty and Frank Hannon both of which I had the pleasure of meeting. Not only are they both great guys but they are very talented guitarist. I consider Mr. Hannon a Guitar God, he and Jeff Keith have a great singing melody together. I wish that Tesla could talk him into singing lead on a song once.
