Could i have MRSA after kissing my mum goodbye?

my mum died after having MRSA, the coroner said it was safe for me to see her, so i did, ever since then ive had problems with my teeth and now my nose is sore and has little soars up it, could i off caught MRSA from her from kissing her goodbye on her forehead?
