How to Create Separate Tracks on a USB Mixer With 10 Chanel's?

To do what you want you need to record each instrument separately in it's own track. You can't make separate adjustments once they're mixed together. You'll need a multi-track recorder of some sort. There are multi-track programs available. Check the link below.
