Are female NCO's E-6 and above authorized to wear a saber or NCO sword while wearing the mess white or blues?

I would ask the chain of command whose ball you are going to before you get pointed out to, example: it was known that all airborun personnel put their dress pants in their highly shined and polished airbourn boots, well no one told my husband that he need not do this and could wear his black shoes instead, so an NCO pointed him out and embarressed him, go to the BTL CO and ask before someone tells you to put your sword in your vehical.
