Should someone face the death penalty in the uk if there is 100% conclusive evidence of murder ?

Unless proved to be insane and imprisoned for the rest of their natural life. The answer has to be YES. With total disregard to age,genda, race or political 'jiggery-pokery'. The innocent mistake argument is silly. Is one (Innocent) mistaken death worse than three or four more murders? That is the situation we have at the moment. It is agued that THE DEATH PENALTY DOES'NT WORK. It does, beacuse they don't do it again...
