Why do Ulquiorra fans think he should be the primera?

Uhh I cant stand that they think he should be the primera hes not that good with skills & he is quite boastful & they dont consider that the 3 above him have abilities to pwn him.Plus they think hes the only espada with SG well A.that doesnt make you stronger & B.They dont consider that the 3 above might have SG too & Ulquiorra doesnt consider or know that he just boasted/umed.so tell me other reasons besides the most "obvious" one i pointed out & tell me if Ulquiorra should be the primera or if Starrk,Baraggan,or Halibel are the rightful.
