Will clic nicktoons ever be brought back to T.V.?

Shows such as Hey Arnold, Rugrats, Rocko's Modern life, etc. Why can't nicktoons network be like boomerang and only air old nicktoons? They do show the old shows, but only about 3 of them, at its really late at night at like 3. I mean really, boomerang airs cartoons that are like 60 years old, why can't nicktoons be the same?
