BB: DOes Steve really live off of benefits?

Everyone keeps calling him a hero. No he isnt. A man who has lost his legs in war whos nice to everyone, holds down a job, supports his kids ansd doesnt complain is a hero. Thats not steve clearly. I havent seen him offer anyone a tea or coffee or done anything small like that even.
