Way to spice up a Chicken Enchilada recipe that is otherwise kind of bland tasting?

I make this Green Chile Chicken Enchilada dish, but after baking it typically has very little actual taste to it. Its Chicken , Green Chiles, Sour Cream, Monteray Jack Cheese. Any ideas on how I could spice it up or give it a little more flavor?
