How can I find the motivation to work out after a 10 hr shift of sitting on my rump all day?
I am 23, and have a 2 yr old. I was working out pretty regurly about 2 months ago but all of a sudden gave up. Now I'm having a hard time trying to get myself motivated again. I eat everything in site it seems like & more. I'm 140lbs right now & would like to be at 130. I just cancled my gym membership bc we couldn't aford it at the time. so my main question is, how can I lose weight if I sit behind a desk 4 days a week for 10 hrs a day? I get up every hour & walk to the bathroom but I feel like my s getting widder & thighs are getting huge. help!!!! lol Thanks Oh and what can I do to control my hunger pains? I don't know whats gotten into me, I used to could go without eating a lot but now I want everything I see, & my husband don't help none bc he's got it worse than me & older at that. FYI IM NOT PREGNANT! If thats what your thinking. :)
