What are many painted pets stuck in the Neopets Pound?

I totally agree with the above poster. You can find painted pets in the pound yourself. Its not that hard. Lots of people, including myself zap painted pets and put them back in the pound. Its better if you look up pets stuck in the pound yourself because the good ones will disappear pretty fast! Just type in google....how to find pets stuck in pound
