Kel Tec RFB. Is it legal?

I asked for some advice on a small packaged 7.62x51mm/.308 yesterday and the Kel Tec RFB was suggested. It's exactly what I had in mind and I really like what I've read so far about the gun. I'm still having trouble finding out if it's legal or not. Anyone know if this gun is legal to own? I live in Columbus Ohio.
