Will Clay Carmine be in Gears of War 3?

Anthony Carmine was in the first Gears of War. Ben was in the second. So you can only expect Clay Carmine to be in Gears of War 3, but in the "Ashes to Ashes" trailer it showed all the main characters but none of them had COG helmets on like all the previous Carmine brothers. Could it be Clay Carmine just doesn't wear a helmet like the others or will he just not be in this one? Any thoughts?
