Well, I'm not fat, I'm a lil chub muffin. I'm 11 years old i'm 5'1 and 110 pounds. I know u can't get fit in a week, but I have muscle I just wanna get skinny. Is it possible to lose 5 pounds in a week? If so, give me an eating and Exercise schedule. Thanks! Btw I want to lose gut and bottom of the stomach/top of hip fat
