How do i get a chrome grille?

So i have this 79 chevy.. and it has a grille now.. only its like that plastic "crap" and its peeling.. I would like to either have it dipped several times in chrome.. although i think the chrome being hot might melt the plastic away?? ANNNNNNNY how i want a chrome grille for a 79 elky please help as to where i might be able to get this. Thanks!!
