How do I get into an 'Access Denied' file on a Dell desktop?

I recently was hired by a very nice organization, and one of my first ignments is to remove the unnecessary data left by my predecessor from the company computer. However, the kind, totally not-spiteful woman was nice enough to pword protect her User Account and fix all her files so that I can't access them from the main account. I know there's some very...non-work-oriented stuff in there (myspace pictures and such) that need to be deleted and probably also a few things (I'm hoping) that would make my bookkeeping work easier (ledger files and the like). Is there a way to get around the security she left and clean up the hardrive-hogging mess?
