I want to know if their are any liberal arts colleges out there that dont look at grades.?

i was looking into columbia college chicago, and i love everything but the dorm issue i have with them. Their dorms are apartments, and I really want a traditional college dorm experience, and wanted to know if there are any colleges out there that are like CCC, but have actual dorms, and dont really pay attention to your grades, but your pion for art, and maybe even your portfolio.
