Is there anything other than limewire?

Limewire is making my computer slow and that sh!t is pissin me off. So i was wondering if there's something else like lime wire somethings that's a "Peer to Peer" sharing program.Something better and doesn't make my damn computer slow...Thanks muchly appreciated.
