What does "Bueno ya" mean in Spanish?

I have heard this before on numerous telenovelas and also I have heard "Llame ya" (and/or llama ya? I don't remember) on commercials and I was just wondering exactly what they mean. I ume "llame ya" mean "call now" because in the commercials it's very obvious. But what I don't understand is how "ya" can mean "now" when I thought it meant "already" or something like that....? Unless it means "Call already"? I have also heard "pues ya", what does that mean? Sorry I am just totally confused lol.
