What are some good/creative topics for a persuasive essay?

In my English cl, we have to write a persuasive essay on a topic of our choice. I want something that will interest me (I like art, music, psychology, eccentricity, history, almost anything, really) and something creative (no abortion, existence of an intelligent designer, death row, animal's rights etc) and was hoping if you guys could be so kind as to throw some suggestions out there for me? :)
